We all want the very best for our baby.  This begins with healthy pregnancy and the best possible birth. With Mindful Hypnobirthing® you are much more likely to have a natural, calm, and drug free birth. Labour can be shorter and more comfortable.  In many cases you won't require pain relief.

How does it work?


You will learn all about your amazing birthing hormones and birth brain, and how to create the best environment for birth to progress smoothly and naturally, with self hypnosis, mindfulness and deep relaxation techniques to use whenever you need them. This enables you to access powerful natural pain-killing endorphins which allow your mind and body to work in harmony at every stage.

 

Mindfulness and Hypnobirthing techniques allow comfortable and practical management of your birth, so you stay balanced and focused throughout.  It's very simple and easy to learn. You just need to practice!


This is a fun, engaging antenatal class providing a wealth of information and advice for parents to help make well-informed decisions at every stage of pregnancy and birth, and is just as enjoyable, empowering and reassuring for dads and birth partners as it is for mums-to-be.

Book a Mindful Mamma based private workshop in your own home or join one of the monthly group classes in the County Antrim area (locations vary).
